Why is Durable BLOOD PRESSURE superior to other olive leaf formulas?

How would I know if it is working?
The only way to know for sure if Durable BLOOD PRESSURE is working for you is to have your blood pressure checked (or monitor it yourself at home). While the clinical trials demonstrate remarkable results within 4-8 weeks, I typically recommend at least 60-90 days to determine if the product will be effective for you. In the clinic, I encourage patients to start monitoring their blood pressure at home daily or several times per week when they start using the product to create a good baseline. Continued monitoring will allow you to see the positive trends in blood pressure that occur over the course of the 60-90 days treatment cycle. It is also recommended to have your doctor check your blood pressure levels after 30, 60 and 90 days to track progress. These results should be compared to blood pressure readings from before you started the product.
Home monitoring should be done with a cuff that goes around the upper arm, and not on the wrist for improved accuracy. Make sure to read the instructions of any home machine carefully to ensure accurate measurements and make sure to have a properly fitting cuff. Taking your pressures around the same time each day will also be helpful in creating consistency of readings.
