While recurring payments for a subscription occur automatically monthly, there is no restriction on how many Total Wellness Session appointments included in your subscription you can use within one month. Depending on your personal health and wellness situation and as recommended by your practitioner there may be times, although not common, when more than one Total Wellness Session appointment in a month may be beneficial.
