2 - Appointment
If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require that you notify us at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of your appointment start-time to avoid any late cancellation/no show fees that your account may be charged with in accordance with our terms and conditions.
To make any changes to your appointment, please send us an email to appointments@juneva.com, or call us at 1-855-688-3760 and select option 2. You can also simply cancel an upcoming appointment online from your account, but you will have to contact us to reschedule the appointment.
4 - Subscription
Yes, you can do that online via our website within your account under "Payment Methods" or contact our office during regular office hours by calling us at 1-855-688-3760 and selecting option 3.
Yes, at the time of renewal after your subscription term expires you can purchase a different subscription-based Total Wellness Plan.
You can purchase a subscription-based Total Wellness Plan at any time and purchase additional individual Total Wellness Sessions while you have a subscription-based Total Wellness Plan.
You also have the option to not renew your subscription after it expires and switch to the pay as you go option by purchasing individual Total Wellness Sessions only.
Keep in mind though you will lose all the great membership benefits our subscription-based Total Wellness Plans offer.
