This past Saturday, April 22nd marked Earth Day – a day dedicated to bringing awareness to protecting and celebrating the extraordinary planet we call home, and all that it has to offer.
From its boundless oceans to its expansive ivy forests, this Earth does a good job of taking our breath away. But it does so much more than that for us. In fact, getting outdoors helps with what NES therapy does best, and what many of us are continually in search of: ENERGY.
Do you ever notice how much better you feel when you step outside and take in some fresh air? That’s because the Earth has a mildly negative natural magnetic charge giving up electrons that serves as a giant battery for us.
In today’s world, we’re constantly surrounded by Electromagnetic Field Pollution (EMF), stemming from our cell phones, antennas, WiFi, Bluetooth radiation… it’s everywhere. The EMF pollution is more abundant than ever before, and what this does is alter our body’s natural charge, changing it from a neutral to a positive state. Our body’s positive charge then directly impacts our sleep, increases stress, messes with our DNA, and depletes us of our energy.
The best way to recharge?
Get grounding!
Grounding, also known as Earthing, is having physical contact with the Earth’s charged surface. With an increasingly positive charge of our own, connecting with the Earth’s slightly negative charge serves as a neutralizer, bringing our body’s electrical charge back to its natural, harmonious state.
It is the most direct and powerful way to transfer the Earth’s natural magnetic charge into the body, and research even indicates that connecting with the Earth’s electrons promote physiological changes consisting of better sleep, reduced pain, reduce inflammation, and normalized levels of cortisol secretion.
Further, the absorption of electrons from the Earth helps maintain the EZ layer in our body's water composition which is highly structured water or H3O2 (instead of H2O), and is the ideal structure for imprinting and storing information in water, and when exposed to electromagnetic light sources such as, the sun, becomes negatively charged and acts like a battery in our body.
Mother nature… astounding us once again!
So get outside and get “grounding.” It’s exactly what we did to celebrate Earth day - we took to our feet, and now we’re revved up and ready to take on life's challenges!
Check out your body’s energy with a body-field scan, and gain deeper insight into your holographic self with our trained Bioenergetic Practitioner.
P.S. Grounding is just one of the many bioenergetic techniques to rev up your energy. Bioenergetics is the study, detection, and correction of energy in living systems (it's our speciality), so stay tuned for more bioenergetic tips and techniques coming your way.
concrete works too
Yes, concrete is a conductive substance made of water and minerals. It is connected with the Earth and retains moisture, so free electrons will pass through just as they will if you are sitting or standing on grass or open ground.
Just make sure the concrete is not painted or otherwise sealed. Asphalt, on the other hand, is made from petrochemicals, and is not conductive. Neither are wood, vinyl, plastic, or rubber surfaces, which insulate rather than conduct.
Happy Grounding!
